Klipy UK started from a straightforward reading of the card payments market. The small and medium businesses that keep this country running have been served last, priced worst, and explained to in language designed to confuse. That is the observation the company rests on.
For too long, UK merchants have been handed contracts written to be hard to understand, tied to terms written to be hard to exit, and charged rates that bore no relation to the service they actually received. Monthly statements arrived in a fog of acronyms, interchange and assessment and non-qualified and MSC, and the moment something broke, the help line led to a scripted voice in a distant call centre. Not good enough.
We are a UK-based consultancy working exclusively with Teya, a payments provider whose standards match ours: no long contracts, no hidden fees, settlements that land the next working day, and technology that works out of the box. Our job is to sit on your side of the table and make sure the switch is done right, once.
